Government Incentive Contracts for Microgrid Users

چکیده
Tariff subsidies are beneficial to the further development of microgrid market. In response reduction power generation costs microgrids, energy storage subsidy for microgrids has become a key factor affecting their development. Therefore, it is essential explore and establish government mechanism price microgrids. this paper, we consider incentive compatibility constraints participation both subsidy. The cases hidden information no investigated. A model constraint was established analyze efficiency in “self-generation + storage” mode. results show that there an adverse selection problem between users. case information, can sign different contracts with users according levels. better design menu efficiencies. This approach ensure low continue participate construction. Microgrid high can, thus, control related self-generation, self-use, surplus electricity transmitted grid as well select high-regulation carbon dioxide emission reductions capacity generation.

A Note on Incentive Functions in Government Procurement Contracts
Government agencies use variants of the first-price sealed-bid auction mechanism to realize low cost, high quality, and on-time delivery when procuring goods and services. In a commonly used approach, agencies announce an incentive function that determines the amount they will pay based on the realized value of an attribute of the work performed, but bids do not explicitly include this attribut...

This paper analyzes optimal incentive contracts for information acquisition and revelation. A decision maker faces the problem to design a contract that provides an expert with incentives to acquire and reveal information. We show that it is in general not optimal to reward the expert if his recommendation is confirmed. The common observation that experts are paid when their recommendation is c...
متن کاملEfficient Incentive Contracts
A so-called "incentive contract" is a linear payment schedule, where the buyer pays a fixed fee plus some proportion of audited project cost. That remaining proportion of project cost borne by the seller is called the "sharing ratio." A higher sharing ratio creates more incentive to reduce costs. But it also makes the agent bear more cost uncertainty, requiring as compensation a greater fixed f...
متن کاملRobust Incentive Contracts
We look at a principal–agent model in which the agent has to perform an action, the difficulty of which is better known ex interim than ex ante. We compare two contracting regimes; one with commitment to an ex ante negotiated contract, and one with an ex interim negotiated contract. The ex ante contract can not be too steep, but attempts to negotiate a steeper ex interim contract may result in ...
